Complete genealogy of each piece: lots of leather, linings, metal accessories and threads; the phases, operators, machines and subcontractors that worked them; then finished product, parcel and shipment. And beyond delivery: returns, repairs and after-sales service stay linked to the history of the single piece. A targeted recall can be traced in seconds, in both directions.
Every product gets a unique serialised identity, on QR, NFC or RFID tags, linked to its production dossier. The MES integrates with brands’ anti-counterfeiting platforms and digital certificates of authenticity, and is ready for the European Digital Product Passport. The brand verifies that a piece is genuine by tracing where, when and by whom it was made.

For less common systems, mapping packages configured with an assisted workbench, without rewriting the MES.
Connectors for industrial machines: OPC UA, Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, Siemens S7, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, MTConnect, digital I/O for signals and counters, barcode and RFID readers, network printers. Machine status, pieces and stoppages reach the MES in real time.
Alerts, approvals and questions to the assistant right inside Microsoft Teams; notifications in Outlook; sign-in with the company Microsoft 365 account; dossiers and documents on SharePoint and OneDrive; linked Excel. Telegram, email and internal chat are available too.
